2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options — sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your lighting products safe and high-quality? Yes! All products use UL/ETL-certified components (where applicable), energy-efficient LEDs, flicker-free drivers, low-heat designs, and meet U.S. safety standards (RoHS compliant). They’re built for long lifespan (25,000–50,000 hours) and reliable daily use.

7. How do I care for my Madcoshows lighting? Most LED lights: Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth (unplug first). Avoid harsh chemicals or submerging. Smart bulbs/strips: Reset via app if needed. Outdoor lights: Ensure proper sealing and avoid direct high-pressure water. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
